Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are held for longer periods of time. Yin yoga Helps to stretch the deep connective tissues between the muscles. You will increase both circulation and your flexibility, reduce pain and improve your flow of energy.
This style of yoga is relaxing and meditative. It helps to reduce stress and anxiety. Poses help (with the help of props) for few a minutes at a time. This class is the opposite of a fast-paced yoga flow.
This is a flowing and dynamic practice. In this class you will learn how to synchronize your breath with your movement. you’ll get stronger and more flexible as you flow from one asana (pose) to the next.
This class is great for beginners. You will learn about the foundations of yoga including breath, asana, concentration and relaxation/meditation. At times we will include a gentle flow.
This class includes postures, breath, meditation. Hatha is inclusive of most yoga styles. It is generally a slower class and does not include a flow (except for Sun salutations) It is good for beginners and intermediate practitioners.
Practicing yoga with fellow mothers-to-be is always fun. Besides the moaning and groaning, we share and laugh, we feel for each other and are there to support and empower each other and self.
The classes are great for any level of experience and there is no need to fear. In yoga, it’s important to listen to your own body and develop this connection to yourself and your baby through mindful practice.

Get ready to have fun with your baby. This class includes postures for moms, breath and relaxation as well as some postures for the baby and some postures with the baby. It also includes songs and play.
A fun dance class while wearing your baby in a carrier. Rock and sway to the music and find your rhythm as you burn calories while holding your little one close. This class will be taught with multiple levels of intensity to match what is comfortable for you and your baby.

- The benefits of babywearing for caregiver and child
- The main types of carriers and how they work (Sling, Wrap, Mei Dai,Soft Structured Carrier)
- The pros and cons of each carrier style
- How to confidently choose a carrier that suits you and your lifestyle
- Safety guidelines and checks
After the presentation, there will be time for parents to try on different carriers and ask any questions you may have.
