Yoga Classes Overview
Practicing yoga with fellow mothers-to-be is always fun. Besides the moaning and groaning, we share and laugh, we feel for each other and are there to support and empower each other and self.
The classes are great for any level of experience and there is no need to fear. In yoga, it’s important to listen to your own body and develop this connection to yourself and your baby through mindful practice.
We don’t compare and avoid judging so everybody can feel safe to be themselves 🙂
Length of Class: 75 minutes
Cost of Class: $10-$140, depending on class selection.
